I have a passion for proactive health. Taking charge of my health BEFORE conditions arise. I am 77 years old and life is good (for me), however, the big topic of conversation amongst my peers is about their health, or lack of it. I made a decision after I reached "Level 70" to take charge of my own health destiny. I have been on a journey of discovery for best-in-class simple solutions I could embrace to keep me on the ball in mind and body. No point in adding more years to life if they are going to be filled with chronic aches and pains, or worse. So many are still inured by old school thinking, as they walk out of the surgery with a fist full of prescriptions. So many are getting their dietary supplements "over the counter" without knowing if they work, or not.
Not everyone embraces my role as a change agent to shift people's mindsets about their health matters, but I am determined to advocate for a healthier world for our ageing population. THERE IS A CHOICE!!
